Leading Lives Community Hubs offers building based daytime support, for adults with multiple and complex needs.   They offer a range of activities and learning opportunities, accessed in house and through the local community. available on a 3 hour sessional basis.

Our Hubs are a place where people can feel safe, make and meet friends and experience new things.

Sudbury Hub is Open:  Mondays to Fridays 9.00am till 4.00pm

Sudbury Community Hub is a spacious, purpose built base, providing support to people with a wide range of needs. We have activity rooms, a sensory room, a large hall, a beautiful American Theme Kitchen, and wonderful outdoor spaces, as well as full personal care facilities and dedicated quiet spaces.  So if you require peace and quiet or fancy something a little more lively, there is always a space to suit you.

We run a wide range of activities, to suit many interests and needs, including Money skills, Drama, Computers, sports, photography, creative writing, upcycling, line dancing and circus skills. 

Outdoors, you can spend time in our Tee pee, growing vegetables or building a den for wildlife watching. Our Green Group are busy around the Hub and volunteering their time, making Sudbury community a greener place.

Sudbury Hub is a happy and exciting place to spend time, where customers enjoy socialising, chatting and meeting friends.

Leading Lives staff work in person centred ways to support and promote people to achieve their aspirations and remain as independent as they are able. Support needs are assessed when you register with the service and individual packages and programmes agreed to best suit your needs and aspirations.
