JM CAREHOMES LIMITED

Supported Living Services consist of a broad range of services to adults with developmental disabilities who, through social services, choose to live in homes they themselves own or lease in the community.

At JM Carehomes Ltd, we provide both the support and the housing aspect of this service. We offer support which can be tailored to meet every client and their needs, whilst also offering an extremely wide range and high standard of properties, which the client would have a tenancy agreement for like in any other rental scenario. This is made to give the client a heightened sense of confidence in the community and also help with social rehabilitation that one would not receive from a care home. All clients would deal with every scenario that they would in everyday normal life in the community (cooking, cleaning, budgeting, potential work, education, and much more) only they would have support to help and guide them throughout.

Domiciliary Care is a service provided that allows people to remain in their home, whilst still receiving assistance with their personal care needs.

In essence, this is the same as supported living, as in our supported living venues technically the client has a tenancy and is therefore in their own home, which they would receive support in.
But not everyone fits well into this scenario, some clients have their own homes, not with JM care (supported living), in which they would like to receive support instead, which of course we can accommodate.
