Who we are Caremark is a home care provider, offering care and support services to people within their own homes and in their own communities. There is no limit to the type of support that Caremark can offer to you. We have an extremely broad range of services, ranging from company when walking the dog to 24 hour live in support. Our goal is to help you remain independent at home and continue to enjoy life to its fullest. What we do Caremark is flexible to your preferences and can offer you various times to suit your lifestyle. We are available 365 days of the year and up to 24 hours a day, starting from as little as a thirty minute visit. We recognise that you don’t always need help with your daily activities, but you may like company whilst dong them. You just need to tell us what ideas you have, and our team can offer support according to your priorities and choices. Caremark can also offer respite support if you care for somebody else, allowing you to take some valuable time to re-charge your batteries. This can be on a short or long-term arrangement, for as little or as much time as you like. We also offer Live-In care, meaning that you have a member of our Care and Support staff living with you to personally assist you in your home. They will able to provide full-time support which fits completely around your own needs and routines. This gives you greater control over your day, meaning you can enjoy much more choice and flexibility. How we operate Safety is the most important consideration for Caremark, and we all take our responsibility incredibly seriously. All of our staff are comprehensively vetted before employment and the training our Care and Support staff completes is focused towards maintaining and protecting your safety and dignity in all aspects of your support. All Caremark’s Care and Support staff are directly employed, which allows us to continually assess them and ensure they receive training, keeping their skills fresh and up to date.
