Leading Lives provides social care support for people across Suffolk and beyond our borders into Essex, Cambridgeshire and Norfolk. We deliver care and support in the home and in the community, as well as in our building based Community Hubs. We will support you to lead the life you choose tailoring our services to meet your needs. Through Leading Lives you can experience new opportunities, retain or gain independence, develop friendships and try new activities or learn new skills in a welcoming environment. We can provide support for children aged 13+, young people in transition, older people, and family carers. We can also support individuals with more complex needs such as dementia, learning disabilities, physical disabilities and life limiting conditions, as well as people who need a lighter touch to maintain their independence. Leading Lives staff work in person centred ways to support and promote people to achieve their aspirations and remain as independent as they are able. Support needs are assessed when you register with the service and individual packages and programmes agreed to best suit your needs. We are a social enterprise co-owned by our staff as an employee co-operative. Leading Lives is a triple award winner in the Suffolk Care Awards and holds the Health and Social Care Social Enterprise of the Year Award.
