Five Stars Care services Ltd is a family owned Domicillary company based in Kelvedon that provides care and support to people in there own homes. We pride ourself on delivering an excellent quality service whilst promoting person centered care. All support and care services are based on indivuidal needs and the care plan reflects the wishes, aims and goals of each individual person we support. Our care team will always promote independence and life skills whilst respecting choices and ensuring dignity is maintained at all times. Our services include support and maintaining personal hygiene, oral hygiene, continence care, support with administering medication, meal preparation and light domestic duties. All care packages are tailored to individual needs. We provide care and support for people who have a varied range of health condtions including Dementia, Pallative and end of life care.
