Fitzpatrick provide a full range of services for people of all ages, those with age related challenges palliative care, mental health, physical disabilities and learning disabilities. Fitzpatrick provide fully trained and qualified staff, you can feel confident that all our carers will receive a full induction and ongoing training. We have a stringent monitoring process in place to ensure we can react to your changing needs and requirements. Tailored to your individual needs there can be many reasons why you are looking for home care, additional support may be needed for everyday tasks that are becoming more difficult or assistance through illness or an accident. Fitzpatrick tailor your care needs and support to accommodate you, giving you, your family and friends peace of mind. All of our services are monitored with surveys on a regular basis to ensure that we can respond to your specific needs and improve the service if required. Fitzpatrick Care supports you as the unique person you are, no two clients are the same, we want you and your family to have peace of mind and work hard to ensure that happens.. Aims and Objectives To facilitate people to stay in their own homes, no matter their level or type of disability.
