Our Staff tell us the training they receive is very good and that they feel supported. When we have agreed the outcomes and plan of our service, with the user, we will then introduce a consistent care and support team that will provide the service. Our services are provided within the home or with the Service User in a community setting, dependent on the planned outcome.
