Mercylink Care ia an independent provider of care across the UK for elderly peeple in their own homes or residential care. We have the ability to offer all types of care and to provide the most suitabke care that meet the needs of individual. We have skills care givers to match the needs of our clients, and also take the time to get to know our clients and involve thier relatives in design thier care needs, history, likes, dislikes, in order to build up a profile for them. Once our client give us the consent to care for them, we then create a support plan in a person cetred approach to meet their needs. We use the CQC fundamental standard and the Care certificate to train our staff, so that they are aware of what is expected of them. We provide care for individual who are eligible for direct payments, government funding, personal budget.
